Celtic Ring

A view of the Iron Ring sculpture at Cardiff Bay. The extra is a view of The Pier Head Buildng taken from the same place......now part of The Welsh Assembly Buildings.

This large bronze 'Celtic Ring' was sculpted by Harvey Hood in 1993. The inner ring has rich surface details which refer to tidal charts, seafaring instruments, Norwegian church, and Cardiff docks area which makes it an interactive sculpture.
