Mooning again

Another moon shot, I'm afraid.  This time a 70% waning gibbous, which I saw at 05:51 BST this morning while letting Polly out to go to the loo. The moonlight was so bright at that point that she probably mistook it for daylight. The craters on the terminus look good in Large.

A good day today, in which I finally submitted a journal article I've been working on for ages, having pulled together all sorts of permissions, data and images from all over the south of England. Fingers crossed it'll pass the referencing stage and make it through to publication but, for now, I'm going to forget about it and have a break.
