First Day....

It was a fabulous first day....totally exhausting cos i had to say many more words that i usually do before 9.30 am......but once we got going, and i gave over to the process i was very happy...i was pretty happy before hand, just a bit too active for first thing in the morning.   For me one of the most rewarding parts of this process is watching and listening to the other participants as they find their way with this new process.   Everyone was so absorbed in their process and trying to figure out how Rick's methods worked....really cool.

We've just had a lovely dinner with lots of great stories etc., and now it's time for me to just be!
