Enjoyed our return to Dalby Park Run this morning. A beautiful start to the day and a good turnout of runners. Surprised by running my best time this year

On our walk this afternoon Richard picked up this hitchhiker. Fortunately it hung around for a photograph unlike others that were flitting around.
