Coombe Hill

We hiked in The Chilterns today. Coombe Hill is 260 metres above sea level and gave us an impressive view over Aylesbury Vale. The monument was built in memory of the men from Buckinghamshire who died during the Second Boer War. We also climbed nearby Beacon Hill which is a steep-sided chalk hill and also had amazing views.
