Sweater Cat

For my third sewing project, I decided I could just make this up out of my own mind and that proved to be about 100 times harder than expected. I wanted to make a stuffed animal out of an old sweater that I had worn for many years and finally felted for just such a crafty project. I must have redone parts of this cat 5 or 6 times but I discovered that using the seem ripper can be very cathartic! Now this little fat kitty has a very snuggly home on my couch and is often tucked under my arm while I watch tv or read.
