Landscape Poetry

Went to visit the Cobenic Poetry Path near Dunkeld this morning and spent an amazing three hours or so, wandering around the landscape and looking at installations such as this one, where poetry is inscribed on artefacts in the landscape. It's a fascinating place and well worth a visit. As well as poetry, you get a three kilometre walk through pine forests, stroll through woods with maintained paths and wander by the banks of the River Braan. There is fantastic scenery, lots of bird life and a very friendly cat who followed us along the edge of its terriotory. We also saw a red squirrel running along a stone bridge rampart, stocking up on nuts for Winter.
