Changing one's spots

The baby Starling family in our hedge are rapidly changing their spots and will be fully dressed in their finery before too long.  

The dinner party last night went very well and we all had a lovely evening ~ the panacottas were set and had the desired wobble but refused to come out of their ramekins!  Better luck next time?
