Took the long......

......and winding road home from Make, Do and Mend following an essential purchase at the local pet shop (see extra).....there's a pressing 'Cash'n'Carrie catfleas in the Attic carpets' scenario chez meancoast at the moment!  

Another new face at M,DaM this week, a guy called Adrian, who has just bought himself a second hand sewing machine and overlocker and wants to learn the basics of how to use them as well as how to customise patterns to fit (oooer, I'm going to have to dust off some long-forgotten skills there!) 

I didn't think about the current political situation a single time in two and a half hours.......
