First real day

Amazing view from skills practice in the East Tower.

First proper day of lectures went really well, slightly confused by all of the psychological language but I'm excited that I now have somewhere to start from and I'm eager to get reading.

Felt a bit out of place at process group (we all sit in a circle and discuss our feelings from the day) as most people talked about being anxious but I wasn't, just really happy to be there. Something seems to have clicked and I'm not wasting energy worrying about things that are a long way in the future. For now, it was a good day, and that's enough.
