A derelict something

I driven past this a few times. Not exactly sure where it is or what it is. A big derelict field of buildings that looks like an old power plant. It's looks a bit spooky to be fair. It's all a bit silent hill but a great place for photography if you're brave enough to climb over the gate. Not me though. :-)
