Catching the wave

I went into Sidmouth this afternoon to do some food shopping and I took the opportunity to see what the sea was looking like. These turnstones were watching the world go by.
After my hospital visit yesterday, I had a phone call this morning asking me to come in for another CT scan (this time with contrast) this Friday afternoon, so three hospital appointments in one week!
