Lima Beans

Lima beans, baby bok choy salad, manchego, tomato soup, and the rest if last night’s Barbera.

A good meal, and the soup somehow did a better job standing up to the acidity of the wine than last night’s tomato sauce (still, having tried two, I doubt I will ever become a particular fan of this wine grape).
