Cumberland Gap

After rubbish overnight stay at Stafford (awful food, noisy hotel) had the joy of seeing an old pal from 30 yrs ago near Stoke this morning. Cor the memories, the reminiscing..the greyness incursions!

Then some of the worst motorway driving conditions I’ve ever experienced..roads like swollen rivers and eedjits behaving like amphibians without any skill.

So into Penrith for a break and a Blip, and when in Cumberland, only their world famous sausage will do!
