had a cool and very slow day, took laura to the station had a macky D's breaky took my phone to the orange shop to get a charge (left my charger in pools lol) got the bus home got some dinner, went back in to town for my phone(now with a full charge) on my bike, had a good ride around town, back to the house for a drink in the sun with a few of the lasses till it got cold then sat watching scrubs followed by "the 100 best selling UK singles ever" now im off to kip work in the morrow.

The picture is kind of mimicking one of my earlyer pics only with 2 new parts (tensioner and pads) hopefully it shows an improovement in quality
