Arching

This is a nice bit of my morning walk - the way the trees form a natural arch over the not-footpath-but-what-we-have. I thought it looked quite nice in the warm light this morning.

Attended my last consultants' meeting at the hospital today. I read from - and expanded upon - my long resignation letter, which details all the reasons why I'm leaving. I thought my colleagues deserved an explanation from me - and they were all uniformly supportive and indeed grateful to me for saying what I did.

The director on the other hand...

Anyway. Onwards and upwards.
