READY STEADY COOK

The Rev and I enjoyed a lovely stroll around Beckenham Palace Park this morning. It was recently had a face lift! There is now a lake where you can swim outside....not sure I’m brave enough though !!
There is also a new cafe so we felt we had to try it out :)))
In the evening we went up to London to watch O in a READY STEADY COOK competition. 14 teams of young chefs who had 30 mins to design a menu from a mystery box and then 30 mins to prepare 2 courses. The tickets were £105 each!?!?!?! But it was a great opportunity and there were so many freebies to be had we came back with 2 bags each and had delicious street food in the interval...oh and a winners trophy....they only bloody did it!!! They had that resigned face on and did some good sport clapping but when there names were called they lost it. Wish I could post a video here. Just so proud of them. What a team.
