Parkrun 50

With L away at camp, MrsT and I did parkrun. MrsT was celebrating her 50th parkrun event and will now join the red T-shirt brigade.

I cycled down and back with a quick gym session afterwards.

We then visited MrsT’s Aunt C who fell yesterday and broke her arm. It was also her 51st wedding anniversary.

We then went into Glasgow for lunch at Nando’s and a bit of shopping.
