Re-wilding

Very interesting account of an experiment to re- wild an un-commercial farm. Flood prevention planners in Kendal should read about the work that can take place upstream instead of cutting down trees and building a wall in the centre of town. Very interesting to read of the difference between grass fed and grain fed beef. Both in nutrients for humans and methane released into the atmosphere. The huge numbers of original objectors have been silenced by the amazing outcomes.   I bought it for son M but thought I might as well read it first.  Very pleased I did. Sorry M , I asked Mr P to read the chapter on beef and he creased the spine....
