Pear jam

With thanks to CharlotteJ for the recipe. She posted on Instagram and told me where the recipe came from. It is lemony and very sweet with a hint of pear which is what the recipe says.
Went out to squires first a coffee with a friend this afternoon and Alang picked the rest of the apples for storage. Hope they last into November/December this year.


Health blog-pre-assessment today . All is well and set for angiogram next week.
