A "Me" Day

Went to do some shopping and helped an elderly lady with the self-scan in the Co-Op. I felt sad for her because she really didn't know how to do it at all... I ended up doing it all for her but I tried to explain it at the same time. I think she may need a few more lessons but she was very grateful for the help.

Went to the park and communed with the crows for an hour or so. Had a wander down to the river (it is frighteningly high) and saw a kingfisher and also noticed that the cormorants are back. Spent a long time photographing nature and feeling very peaceful and happy.
