Mono Monday: "Relaxing"

This week's Mono Monday theme - "relaxed" or "relaxing" - should have been a piece of cake. Like most lurchers, Hendricks can be found, at pretty much any time of the day, sprawled asleep in weird (but often photogenic :) positions. 

Not today.

From first thing this morning, the house was filled with carpet fitters who spent most of the day hammering and drilling. (And occasionally swearing...like when they accidentally drilled all the way  through the step of a stone spiral staircase (twice!)) So, H spent the day in state of nervous tension, and it's only this evening he has finally flopped onto his bed. I'm still not sure he's very relaxed - perhaps he knows they're coming back tomorrow - but this was as good as I was going to get!
