Conkers.....

....... couldn’t resist stopping and collecting a few of these lovely conkers which hadn’t been trodden on or run over by cars. Reminded me of the times we collected bags full of them with the children. I am told you aren’t allowed to play conkers in the school yard any more, but evidently if you aren’t fond of spiders if you put some in the corners of your rooms you won’t get spiders any more. I haven’t tried this as I quite like the odd spider
