Reflection

A lovely day, I caught this after a new yoga class. Unfortunately the lady who ran the class I was attending and loving, has decided to stop. the new one was also undersubscribed so I had an hour’s tuition to myself! It was very different and much harder with poses being held for longer rather than flowing. There are so many different sorts of yoga I shall have to try several.

It was mostly a doing things that need doing at home kind of day.
