Baa Baa Black Sheep

Where do you think this is, a lovely Cotswold scene? Well, nearly, it's in Gloucester at the land fill refuse tip.
There's no landfill left now, they are quickly covering it over with composted garden waste collected in the green bins, all the garden trimmings, lawn cuttings, tree and bush prunings, all collected from around Gloucester. It's quite amazing how much there is and it's covering all of that land fill waste and creating green fields which will, in time, be turned into a large park area.
And why don't we have land fill any longer? we have a very controversial incinerator just outside Gloucester, to the South. It is using ultra modern technology to cut out any pollutants in the exhaust from the incinerator, and it will also be used by other areas of Gloucestershire and beyond.

As for the black sheep of the family, he/she was staring at me as I got out of the car, in the rain, and walked across the approach road which goes to the domestic recycling centre.
As soon as I got to the side of the road it turned it's head away, typical!
