Chip off the ol’ block

I’ve often reminded my daughter that she represents the best of our family. Her selfless nature, coupled with an unbridled spirit is definitely akin to my mother prior to her passing. I adore the simplistic joys in life. When my baby girl encouraged me to walk up to the corner market with her to request a paper bag, I hadn’t any idea of the purpose. Apparently her intention was simply to make herself laugh & bring a smile to my face. What a gem!
