The window cleaner appeared at 8.30 as I was still exercising in my underclothes : perhaps thats why he's smiling.
It's a useful marker to know when they were last done.
I put my ( dam old night-store ) heater on last night. Glad I did. Feels very chilly this morning. I seem to be developing a chest infection : drat. So not much for me today. I shall watch Parliament debating the domestic violence act.
