More walks with Bill

We had an unannounced inspection at work today from clinical governance people. It was quite intense. They grilled us all on policies on all manner of things, wanted to see files and checks and medicines management procedures were all up to date, spoke to a few of our ladies in for appointments and audited several sets of notes. All this while running a busy clinic. Never the less feedback was all positive so all is well.
This meant I particularly enjoyed my chilly yet sunny evening walk with Bill after work. Fresh air clears the head.
