Finally arrived!

I'm in Portugal for a work conference. I travelled by car, train, ferry, train, airplane and taxi!

The flight was delayed quite badly as just as we approached the runway and elderly lady fell ill and passed out, so we had to return to the stand and wait for the paramedics, who eventually took her and her husband off the plane. Then they had to off load their bags. Better it happened on the ground rather than in the air. Hopefully she's ok, she did come round and was talking to the paramedics.

Now I'm in the hotel enjoying a nice beer before heading to bed.
