A small flock of Pied Wagtails, including this juvenile, were parading the lawns of Monument Moor at lunchtime.

Later, I took in some midweek football at Eccleshill United. Bottesford Town were the visitors in an NCEL Premier Division fixture. A 4-1 victory for Eccleshill seemed quite a flattering scoreline.
