Saturday!!

New year, new start!

We've decided to try and get the house totally refreshed and up to date. Starting with the hall, stairs and landing, Steve did a great job getting it prepped, stair banister ripped out and flooring ripped up. This blip is of the floor now! He is so good, and manages to do it on his own so quickly. Next week is decorating and should be finished. Amazing- he is so talented.

Tonight saw a plan come together! Steve's birthday is just after Christmas and we tend to be away for it. Planned a birthday surprise get together at our local. It was a great evening with friends catching up and enjoying the evening together. More of these catching up sessions in the future!
