TWO CROWS A GOAT AND OPIUM

Spotted just coming away from birding at Skeld,  the smartness scarecrow I've seen so far and just love the handbag.

Extras: a very clean goat and after looking at the photo I spotted the old kettle nailed up for a bird nest. Also at Skeld.

Earlier we had been mooching around Scalloway looking for 2 Waxwings. We didn't find them, but did come across ZE1Christie with wee Sammy. They were heading out for a walk so it was agreed that I would stash the promised bag of Opium under his car windscreen wiper when we drove back up the hill from where we were parked.

A little later we bumped into Poppy and LadyFindhorn down in the car park. They had just come out of a cafe, but I if you follow their journals you'd maybe expect that!

The last extra is a rather handsome Hooded Crow.
