My beloved Oslo - 1000 roses

The new memorial "The Iron Roses" is a project that Tobbe Malm and Tone Mørk Karlsrud initiated after the terrorist attacks on July 22, 2011.

Blacksmiths from around the world, survivors,  and families who lost loved ones were invited to forge 1000 beautiful roses.

In total, 77 people lost their lives in the attacks on the government quarter in Oslo and on Utøya island outside of Oslo. in Buskerud.
