Stamford Georgian Festival

This was actually taken last week at the Georgian Festival which is becoming a regular annual event in Stamford.  It was raining off and on so not the best of days.  There was a parade however and a lot of people had dressed in period costume which was lovely to see.
Stamford is famous for its Georgian architecture and has been used in several period productions, such as Middlemarch, which it is very proud of.
This week has been busy and I haven't had time to blip.  It's also been very dull and wet so not too inspiring!
