Night

Was up early enough to go out today, but just could manage my anxiety, so didn't go into town to see bikes & march.

Ending up doing not much making me feel more rubbish.

Closing checking everything for the night noticed the slug moving slowly down the wood panel beside the back door.

Pretty sure it should be on the otherside of the door not waltzing around my kitchen!
