Parkwalk this morning. I have a not-insignificant blister on my heel to present as proof. I added a plaster for prevention, but the chaffing was next to the plaster and when I pulled the plaster off I also pulled the skin off. Not a pretty site.

C volunteered, because his achilles tendon is still playing up. 

Then a quick coffee at the church' Coffee Morning and a visit to the butcher next door.

Watched Athletics in the afternoon.
