Sparrow

I was planning to savage the lavender hedge this weekend, but noticed the sparrows seem to be rather keen on it. Before I fetched my camera there were about half a dozen of them playing, in fact they seemed to be eating the flowers. Do they do that? There was just this one left once I set the camera up.

There are still quite a few bees enjoying it as well, so I think I will leave it for another day.

In other news mrsfb had her flu jab today. She had the 'extra power' 65 and over one as she will pass this milestone event during the winter period. The nurse told her that her arm might hurt a lot for a couple of days. She didn't tell me that when I had mine a week ago, but it did!
