The village in 1841

Great morning. This afternoon I went to the heritage exhibition at the village hall. It was the first time I had seen this scale model of the village in 1841, containing all the buildings that were there at the time, somewhat different to now! The church didn't exist at that time, only the old chapel. This was then demolished as was the pub indicated. The pub was relocated to the left of where the chapel is on this plan. The current church is where the pub and other two buildings are. 

The extra contains the end of the village where my house is now, at the bottom left corner of the middle yellow field.
