A Granny Bag!

We went out into the country yesterday ;0) and came across some hedge veg. This is a little box of vegetables, eggs, toys, jams, flowers, in fact anything that you want to get rid of. You just take what you want and put your money in the ‘honesty box’ this mixed bag of veg was in a section named ‘Granny Bag’ with small amounts of all sorts. Cabbage, Parsnips, beetroot, carrots, broccoli, onions a little leek and even a butter nut squash. So I’ll use carrots and cabbage for tea, and the rest will go into making chicken and veg soup.
