Bowood

Awoke to a glorious day for a change, so decided to head out and make the most of it. Strapped on my walking boots and plotted a 15 mile circuit to stretch the legs after a week at about in the office. 

Managed to take in several old estate grounds, culminating in a flying visit to Bowood. Its always satisfying to enter these places at the far reaches of their grounds, slowly working your way in until you're greeted by the sight of the house - nestled in the landscape.
