Reflections

A nice shot of the still waters before it started raining this morning. A self guided group caused discombobulation with their haphazard organisation, so it was good to have coffee with Sue, who popped in today.

Back to the physio this afternoon who stuck more acupuncture needles in! I. Not sure I’ll get much sleep tonight because my shoulder and arm are now very painful. He has decided that I probably have a rotator cuff impingement which is causing the frozen shoulder and if the needles and new exercises don’t work I will have to go back to the doctor for a steroid injection. I’ve had that before and I’m not that keen, again very painful!
