Wild Running...

First proper run this morning (much needed after only managing about 3hrs sleep & with a day ahead full of vat, paye and other tedious things). Wore my new Nike trail shoes. The first item in my wardrobe bought for practicality not aesthetics and oh my...they really do work! As water goes in (somehow) it goes back out. No squelching! Utterly amazing...
