Edinburgh Parkrun

Went down to Parkrun again as it was good conditions. I ran then blipped the first finisher I recognised.

The photo though should be of my flatmates back as that is what I will remember after running behind him for the whole of the race. He is a much better runner than me but coming back from injury. He used it as a tempo and his tempo pace is my race pace. He therefore agreed to pace me so I used him as a windshield and got within 2 seconds of my PB
