Making its escape

This tiny, delicate snail had somehow ended up in the kitchen sink and was, very slowly, climbing up the side. It got a helping hand. 

Not what I had in mind for today's shot, but I'd run out of time. I was also keen to try a new lens - my 100mm macro 2.8 - based on this shot, I need a lot more practice.
