A Different World Entirely

A day of rain, sun, wind, light zephyrs and a well attempted skink.  I resisted all the lurid fascination of Matching Mole.  However the latest Cinéma vérité rediscovered film (translated as ‘Ski-ing in Croydon) is being screened tonight. 

There is also a new type of oatcake on release (it’s been doing porridge).   Startling news tonight.  The Channel 4 News had to be interrupted to announce that there’ll be no sourdough loaves in the Stromness Deli until early November.  I think water cannons will be required to disperse crowds in John Street.
