Muffins

Alongside the prize winning jam on Sunday, I had also made a cake which was sadly uncooked in the middle due to my oven temperature issues. Unfortunately I’d already made the icing by the time I realised. This evening I’ve whipped up a batch of chocolate muffins so I’ll be able to use up the icing.
