For Tiny Tuesday

I had some time between appointments today to stop at the botanical gardens and look for a Tiny Tuesday contestant.  The season is really winding down although the gardens still look lovely. The only insects to be found were a few bees and hoverflies. The trick was to find something landing on a flower that wasn't in the autumn of its days. These flowers were quite pristine and tall, some of them taller than me, and the bees were just loving them.

Many thanks to barking for hosting TIny Tuesday this month.  I see that the optional theme is native. Hoverflies are found on every continent except Antarctica, so pretty much native everywhere.  Please view it in large for better resolution.
