Ceiling fall!

I got back yesterday to part of the ceiling having fallen down and today I realised that the fall had probably been caused by water in that the backpack underneath was soaked! My neighbour upstairs, Ben came down and said he would get a friend to come and see where the leak might be! Penalty of having a flat in an old building!
