Words of Wisdom

I was leaving my physical therapy session today I saw this bulletin board and enjoyed the advice it displayed.
I have been struggling with a stiff neck and shoulder since July. As time went on my ability to turn my head was being impacted. I began physical therapy last week. I am pleased to say that I am seeing some improvements.
