'Golden Field'

We were awoken by the sound of a light shower this morning. The first wet stuff we've seen for quite a while. It was so nice to see the ground damp if only for a short while. The temperatures were also much cooler today.

We all left early this morning to drop of Mrs Rosewarnes car to have it checked out after it overheating the other day when a radiator hose clip came loose and the hose popped off completely. Then back home to drop everyone off.

I then had a series of meetings lined up at La Trobe University until lunchtime, drove back to the office for a short while to send some emails and answer some queries, then back home to pick up Mrs R and kids again, back to the service centre, back home again. Phew, lots of driving today and tomorrow is a big drive up to the New South Wales border for a site visit and meeting with a joiner for one of our projects.

I'll probably spend about 7 or 8 hours driving tomorrow, not that I mind that, I quite like it, but the temps are supposed to be heating up again to around mid 30's up north.

This shot was taken in a field out the back of our house tonight, I liked the colour of the golden grasses with the tracks mowing through it.
